3 quick resume tips for dental jobs
Put licenses up top
Radiology/CDA, EFDA, RDH license number, anesthesia permit and current BLS are often the first thing an office manager checks. List them clearly with type and status.
Use numbers
Patients per day, years chairside, production supported, recall or case acceptance rates, team size. Numbers show your level faster than adjectives.
Keep it to one page
Short bullets that start with an action word (Assisted, Charted, Scheduled). Match the procedures and software named in the job post.
